Was sipping on some 18 year old Talisker tonight. Woah! Amazing and tasty stuff! Probably some of the best Scotch I have ever had.

Whats your favorite Scotch?

Glenfiddich (sp) has been about the best I've had on a regular basis.  My problem is that I can't affors to drink the good stuff, and cheap, blended scotch taste like crap. BUT lately-I've kinda gotten a taste for single-malt Irish Whisky.  Cheers, mate!

Talisker is definitely one of my favorites.  I tend toward the more peat the better!

BTW, this thread already exists, but basically everybody have different tastes.  I can't stand Macallan.  Or Glenfiddich.  Or Glenlivet.

Some of the older Glenlivets aren't bad, but the standard 12 year old Glenlivet & Glenfiddich are kind of like the Bud & PBR you get in college--it's what you drink when you don't know any better.
