Subject: Planned Training Log

Hi,

I want to add strength training in increments of time chosen by me to my planned training log. To do this I added 1 day of strength training from an existing training log, altered the details on that day, and attempted to copy it repeatedly and place it 2x a week on the next 12 weeks.

I saved the time I wanted but every time I refresh the page it has changed itself. (Eg. I want 40 minutes of strength training and it changed to 1h, then the next time to 2h20m.) When I try to copy the workout it won't do it, which is strange because the copy function worked for me earlier today. Maybe the planned training log got irritated with my need to be in control and said no more?

Is it just the times that seem to be getting added to?  Is the exercise and set/rep data fine when it's copied?

I am trying to add the strength blank, where only a time is listed and I will click on the scheduled training on that actual day. The reason I'm doing it this way is so that I can have updated details each session about what weight/reps I did on the previous session. Could this be why it's not working?

I just tried leaving 1 exercise in the strength training data and I am still having trouble. I clicked on the date, changed the time, deleted all but 1 exercise, and saved. I copied that date once, moved it to another day, and when I tried to move the initially altered one I tried to pick it up but the other strength training session I just moved got picked up and started moving around. When i refreshed the page this time the times were correct but there are 2 extra strength training sessions shown (4 total), one says -20 minutes.

Is there another way that I can add strength training sessions manually? I checked the custom creator but it's only SBR.
