Subject: MTB category - training log
Hi Ron,

First off - thanks for a great site. I have gladly become a registeres member, and will continue to support the site - it's fantastic!

Just a quick request in regards to the training log, hopefully with an easy solution. I mountain bike a lot, and am wonderring of there is a way to add this to the list of other sports. I would like to enter all of this data without it interfering with my regular biking stats. I currently enter it as biking, but don't want all of the MTB stats included in my bike stats (which for most of us means road rides). MTB rides are generally WAY slower and shorter than road rides, and it effects my average paces, distance, etc when I look at stats.

Thanks, and hopefully this is an easy change.

I am going to continue to add all my mtb rides under cycling.  For one thing, I just accept that my mtb rides will lower my average speeds. I figure that I have the same ratio of road/MTB riding from one year to the next, and I accept the overall average speed as just that. I have been logging my cycling training for about four years now, and I'm just used to it.

I was a little disappointed to see the separate catergory.
