Subject: RE: Missed "Planned" days.If the plan ends at a race, just keep following it and don't try to make up missed days or shift the plan. Ease back into it if needed. If you don't have a race corresponding to the end of the plan, feel free to use the 'move' function to shift the affected dates forward by the time you missed so you can do the weeks you missed. Personally, it looks like you were out for just a few days being sick, just pick it up where it is now and if you are still a little weak, go easy into it. |
