Subject: BT Blogger question

Just curious.  I noticed lately that the comments for bike, run, swim dont' show up on the BT blogger page any more.  Only the overall comments do.  Seems like it used to be that the other comments would show up as long as no overall comments were added as well.  Now when I go to the BT blogger page there are a bunch of updated blogs that appear blank (unless you go to that individual person's blog, then you can read the comments).  Just wondering why?

Thanks guys!  You all do a great job!!!!!!!!!!!

D.

This is happening again.  If it suppose to that's ok.  It just that I make comments in the swim, bike and run section and then follow the link to the BT blogger page.  If I don't make a comment in the overall comment section, it doesn't even register that I have updated my log on the bottom of the page or show up as a recent blog entry.

We have changed that recently.  It has to do with the way it scans the database looking for new log entries.

"Considering how popular the blogger and RSS feed are, it would save a lot of processing power if it didn't have to scan for bike/run/swim comment entries as well. One database table and row versus two database tables and four rows. It would still be able to pick up overall, nutrition, sport, and strength comments with the 1/1 scan."

So that's what we did, it is only scanning for new overall comments, nutrition, sport and strength comments.  Ever since we had to add a second server last month we have been trying to correct/optimize processes using a lot of resources.
