Subject: RE: Zoot Ultra blisters on first run?Yep, it's pretty common and I think almost everybody gets them on the back of the heel on the first run. I used liquid skin bandages on my blisters and then body glide to keep the friction down after I got mine. After a couple weeks of running the skin toughened up and I haven't used anything since and I've been running with them for a year. I've gone up to half marathon distance without any issues at all. They're great shoes and you'll love them. |
