Subject: Lower mainland bike fitting recomendations
Can anyone recommend any good bike fitters in the lower mainland, preferably in the Surrey/Langley/Delta area. Any experience with Physiomoves or Bicycle Fit Works??

Hi There,

I got bike fitted with Tyler from Physiomoves back in March. Very very good. It was like I was riding a new bike. My times/average speed also improved. Would highly recommend him.

Just had a fit with Bicycle Fit Works last week.  It was thorough, Rob asked about my training, goals, limitations, etc.  He seems to know his stuff as he asked me if I was having issue XYZ just by looking at my shoes and current fit.  I have only had 2 rides since, so don't have a lot of feedback yet; but I was having numb feet issues before my fit, and now I am not.

Thanks for the input guys. I hopefully have an appt with Rob at Bicycle fit works tomorrow, just waiting for confirmation from him. I've dealt with Rob in the past, sold me my first tri bike about 4 years ago. He was also the first person I called when the Cervelo share the ride deal came up. Very nice individual.

I did also call Physiomoves, but their next available fitting isn't till July 25th, which is a little too long of a wait.

Bjoern Ossenbrink is a triathlon coach, who also does bike fitting out of speed theory. I had my fit done a couple weeks ago, and he did a great job!
