Subject: Current state of Obamacare

Hey, it's been a while since we've had a good ACA thread.  

I saw this article and it doesn't paint a very good picture.  The author certainly has a slant but seems credible, so I'm curious what you guys think.

There is a possibility that within 10 - 15 years of it's enactment, someone will have finally read the bill.  

Really from what I have heard, the disarray is just a reflection of the size of the law, and the ambiguity that was necessary to (trick) convince the politicians to vote for the bill.  As they clarify, more and more Dems are even concerned/not happy with parts of the bill.  And as the article (definitely slanted) states, many health organizations will end up not implementing this as it was meant.

Biggest issue, is there will be no decrease in costs for anyone.

Unfortunately, the administration seems bent on obscuring any issues/concerns about this until after the election.  Then, it will be the Republicans' fault.
