Subject: 20 Week HIM plan + 8 week "primer"? Hi - I'm strongly considering a HIM in June 2013. A 20 week plan starting January 1 would align almost perfectly ... but I don't want to wait until January 1 to start training. I'm in good shape; currently doing 6 days a week - usually 3xRun, 2xSwim 1xBike, but just making it up as I go along. Was hoping to get myself more into an official Tri-training groove, so to speak, now and then officially turn the switch on in January. Anyway, I guess my question is, is there a way to create a "28 week plan"? Or a short maintanence plan that would give me workouts to build up to a 20-week plan and get me primed to kick it into gear on January 1? Thanks! |
