Here's mine, the front fend is a lot lower and tighter to the wheel now. Makes a huge difference with keeping feet warmer/drier and the bike less messy. I extended the rear a lot more too.

I think I'll need to extend the front fender back even more.  My feet do get wet and cold.  That or use bread bags in my shoes...
