Subject: "Full Site" no longer persistent on iDevices
Hi Ron, it seems that a couple of weeks ago the choice to view BT on iDevices lost its persistence. Now whenever I go to BT on iPhone or ipad it defaults to the mobile version. I have cleared cache and settings, restarted, etc, but it still always opens in mobile. Once I chose to view in full site mode all is good, but as soon as I start a new session (or follow a bookmark) it reverts back to mobile.

We made an update of the site on March 2nd (last Sunday)...did it occur then or before that?

Hey Ron - sorry for the slow follow up. No, it seems like it has been going on longer than that - maybe at least two week prior to that update, I think.

Can you verify by going to 'settings' --> 'safari' and under 'block cookies' make sure it says 'never'.

I have recently went through some IOS updates and it seemed to have reverted some of my cookie settings...unless my kid did it.

It seems to work for me.  If you try to go to BT via a web search on mobile, it WILL default to mobile.  Bookmarks should work fine (just verified).  I will check again tomorrow to see if the persistent cookies still holds.

Hey Ron - I normally keep it set to "block cookies for third parties and advertisers." That setting had not changed.Per your suggestion though changed it to "never," quit safari, cleared the history and cookies, restarted the phone, and it was still not persistent. I did note that it would stick when surfing around, but not from bookmarks. So on a whim I went in and edited the bookmarks (basically just copied and pasted them back in right in the edit window - I never actually went to the page) and viola - it seems to be persistent now on my phone. Will do the same on ipad when I get my hands on it. FWIW I have cookies set back to blocking third parties and it seems to be working as it should. Thanks Ron - if any issues pop back up I will let you know.
