Looks like you scorched that run, how did you put up with that long stretch of road. I love road races, but that road seemed to go on forever. Congratulations on the excellent finish, you had a huge number in your age group. Keep up the awesome work.

thnx everyone, of course I have to thank my tri coach. He's constantly pushing me to do harder when I think its hard already. He sez there is reason for all his madness and I now see that in my run. Can't wait till my cycling catches up.
