Im from Louisiana, and Im losing weight, fast. I had a gastric bypass march 17 and have lost 130 lbs. I am training to do a sprint and hope to get in an Olympic before I reach 300 lbs. My base is building safely and look forward to finishing my first. I started at 495 lbs and should be around 340 at my first in Natchitoches LA on 9/24, the "Meat Pie Tri" Insipred by Mike Pate, he's on my local team. thanks Mike, can't wait to meet ya.

Michael Pate is a great guy.

I hope to be at the Meat Pie Tri as well (if I don't have to miss another tri for work again). If so, I look forward to meeting you there.
