Such a great picture. I actually logged on to see if I could find an update on Jr. Please wish him the best on his first year and upcoming season. Sounds very cool.

Thanks, I'll do it.  He had a pretty rough time of it this year......came down with mono in March and wiped out his Senior track season and left triathlon season in a wreck.  He's been working his way back all summer.....went 15:18 in a 5K TT this week in his first week of practice so he's pretty happy and feels like he can move forward now.  I miss him.
