Good morning BT!

4:15am:  1:45 on the trainer...some tough, long intervals but legs felt great so I'm happy about that!

Road trip for my younger daughter's basketball games today, plus a little shopping!

Ran a local 13.1, pacing a friend. Haven't run much over the past 3 months, but finished with a smile on my face.

Have a great road trip! Hope it's someplace beautiful. In your part of the world I'm sure that won't be that hard. 7 mile run for me this morning with my favorite running group. It's getting hot and humid already

7.5 run down to the pier. not to hard, but not soft either.

Therapy is starting to show. I had no issues with my knee this morning.

8 Mile Z2 run today with my best pal Zoey (my 2 year old Vizsla)

Picked up my used Vasa Ergo this afternoon and ready to try it out tomorrow!

Cotswold super sprint - UK. Lots of bodies colliding, I swam half over someone, got kicked by some bloody breaststroker, and as a mob we poured towards the first buoy.

Already a cyclist and not a bad swimmer, I figured all I had to do was build up to running a few miles and I’d be ready to go. The challenge invigorated me, and I ran out to buy new running shoes.
