Elite  4583   |  Subject: 7.28.17 Fantastic Friday!Good morning BT! On tap for me today--easy 30 minute spin followed by a 10 minute run just to keep the legs going. Tomorrow is race day! I'll pack up and head out later today sometime. I'm going alone so it'll be a nice little overnight getaway. The race is about 2.5 hours away so not bad at all--plus I'll do some shopping, always a bonus! Have a great day! |
