Subject: Renting race wheels?
Just wondering if anybody knows a bike store in the GTA which would rent Race wheels like Zipp 606 or 808?
Don't really want to invest $2000 but would not mind paying $100+ to try them and see how much faster you can really go. And also use them for the Ottawa 1/2 IM!
In the US, I know a number of places and you can even now rent online at http://racedaywheels.com/home.html

so a local store in the GTA must do it. But which one?

Maybe D'Ornellas? I know you can rent bikes and wetsuits from them for races, maybe they also rent out wheels. Worth giving them a call?

Older thread, I know, but I saw that www.racedaywheels.com has race wheels at most IM events, including Penticton B.C. so you might be able to have them shipped to you to race. $140 for a set of any Zipps for the week.
