I'll start. For this coming week, my goals are to:

Bike - at least 3 times.
Walk/Jog/Run - at least 3 times.
Swim - at least 3 times.

Distances have yet to be determined. But my goal is to get out and do each activity at least 3 times during this comming week.

I'm in, will have to add up the mileage from my coach's plan but the goal is definatly no missed workouts and good eating.

"Good eating." Yeah, I should put that down as a goal too. I think I wait too long, and then I'm so hungry that I eat everything in sight. And usually, that starts with lots of junk food. But I like cookies!

Exactly my weakness. laziness and then convience wins out and if it is convienent it can't be good
