mndymond - 2011-07-01 8:27 AM Morning ghouls! I've a little amotivated for the past week or so. Bah. Just over 3 weeks out of IM and having a hard time forcing myself to do my workouts. Feeling a bit worn. Its probably a cumulation of a bunch of different things...but I'm just blahhhhh. I've got to get something in today...and it is definitely not going to be a 6hr ride. Then Ive got to pack cause I'm driving back to Van this weekend too...sigh. At least the Tour starts tomorrow which should help perk me up a bit...my new andy jersey did not come in time though...still floating around Canada somewhere thanks to the postal strike Boooo. Boooooooooo. Thanks for Happy Canada Day, eh?

I SOOOOOOOOOOOO Do not want to be at work today. I have nothing to do. No one is here. I have tons of things to do at home before our picnic on Sunday. Very frustrating!

So...I think I just found something else to do today too...go hang in the park with my med peeps this afternoon. Which means I have to pack this morning....and not really train...and then go run around and play random games in the park...haha...

My kids spent last night sleeping down the road in my SIL's yard. I called down there to see how it went, and my nephew said that my other SIL had picked up the kids and they were up at my house. YEA!!!

My house is a disaster, and we are having a picnic/birthday party on Sunday, and we have a ton of things planned for Saturday and I have a soccer board meeting on Sunday. My SIL is cleaning my house with the kids!!!! I just talked to them. This makes my weekend a whole lot easier. Now all I have to do is keep everyone from messing it up again until Monday.

I feel like I'm being an IM bada$$ though....

I just read an article about a 10 year old that was bitten by a shark in the waters off of N.C. The family was from PA, and it was their first time to N.C.

The mother stated no one warned her that there were sharks in the ocean. If she'd have known there were sharks she never would have let her family in the water.

Um... I realize that PA is a land locked state, but who doesn't know that there are sharks in the ocean?

People are pretty dumb sometimes.

Got my run in but not as far as I wanted to go. Hmph! Tomorrow is another day. I need to cram this weekend because I am going to the Highland games from Tuesday through Sunday. With only the Bear race on Thursday. I am thinking I'll take the excersize bands to get a little strength training in while I am there. I'll worry about that later.
