Hi - Just do the 10 week plan, but do the first week 3 times - or if the first week is a bit beyond what you are doing, notch it back by 2 bits the first week, just 1 the second week, then by your third week, you'll be on the first week of the plan. Or, if the first week is easy for you - do a couple of the later weeks twice so you get some longer runs in more than once on your schedule.
I can't see any problem w/that.... I've done everything from by the book training to just willy nilly on my own. The worst was willy-nilly, of course, but adapting a plan to make it longer won't hurt at all as long as you don't skip the longer runs.
