Subject: Nutrition CalculatorI have my first mary next month and i'm still trying to fine tune my caloric intake. Currently i'm taking a gel every 40 minutes and using GE as primary hydration (i would guess i do around 10oz per hour). I'm a heavy sweater and it tends to have a high salt content. I'm at 250lbs and run around 11:30 to 12:00 per mile. Tend to find that my legs are getting shot on the last 25% of the run.... Is there a website anywhere that can give ball park guesstimates for calories per hour etc. I'm sure that its partial (or maybe all) conditioning but want to pull all this together as best I can before the Mary.
