So, does anyone have a reccomendation for a good pair of goggles.
Most of my races are OW and I wear contacts, so leaking is a big sucko.
Also, I have a big noggin. The last two pairs of basic sppedo goggles (2 different models) I bought at the sports store are too small.
Thanks for any help.

And no, it isn't big enough to have its own weather systems.

Trash the Speedo goggles and get Aquasphere Kaiman goggles. They are usually about $15-20 and are worn by a lot of triathletes. I'm a die-hard swedish goggle fan, but I moved to the Kaiman's after getting the swedes knocked off in open water swims. Also, the strap is quite large, and should fit big noggins. I wear contacts too, and my Kaimans have never ever leaked. They come in a variety of colors with a variety of shaded lenses.

I am a fellow big headed person, and after reading a review by the late Steve Larsen (except he wasn't late when I read the review, I guess), I tried out the TYR Nest Pro goggles. I hadn't been UNHAPPY with my previous goggles, and had been wearing them for years and years... but as SOON as I tried the nEst Pro, I was sold. They fit my big head and funny shaped face just fine. VERY comfy, nice field of visiion, the whole deal.

Larsen was a devoted Kaiman user, and he switched to these--saying  that the nest pro had actually earned the nickname "Kaimen Killer".

+1 here...

I read the exact same review on Slowtwitch. I had been wearing the Kaimans for a long time as well. Tried on the TYR Nest Pros and will NEVER go back. They are the best goggles I have ever owned. They have never fogged or leaked in the 3 weeks I have owned them. I have a big head as well and they fit great.

I sent the review to 3 of my friends I train with who all use the Kaimans. They tried out the Nest Pros and will never go back to the Kaimans. The Nest Pros are truly that much better.

Here is the review on Slowtwitch in case you are interested...

Works wonders for those of us that have sinking leg issues too.
