Subject: RE: Calf SorenessSteve- - 2009-07-03 3:12 PM I "injuried" my calf the same exact way about 5 years ago. The top of my soleus cramped up during a brick workout. I didn't continue to run but stopped immediately and stretched it out...it has never been the same again...it chronically gets tight/sore when I push the endurance envelope too much too soon. I concur that you should go get it looked at ASAP to determine proper course of action. . Thank you for saying this! I got the absolute WORST cramp in my right calf a few months ago. It happened when I wrecked my bike actually.... when I stopped sliding/rolling my calf was locked up like I didn't think possible. Since then, it doesn't matter what I do, it hasn't been the same. I feel like it is on the verge of cramping all the time, and it always gets sore and tight. I thought I was the only one... |
