Anyone up for a swim at Trout Lake or a run at KMP?  Heck I'd even go for a ride!

I am thinking 5:30ish timeframe to start.  I am coming from Auburn Hills again (booo for going back to work) so I will need rush hour traffic time.

OH man!  I know, I suck.  I wish that I could do days again... mid-August I am back off of work so we will certainly get together then!

Looks like I will be swimming and running - or just running.  My bike riding is on hold due to having to replace the cleats in my shoes!  If I can squeez 'er it in tonight then my bike will be packed and ready to go for whatever anyone wants to do.. if anyone wants to do it!
