Morning Men-
I am not way affiliated with Adamo Saddle so this is a true compliment to them.

I am not sure about you guys but after a really hard bike ride, sometimes my saddle has left me "hurting" after a ride. I hadn't experienced any problems- if you know what I mean- but I wanted to stay proactive just incase.

I did some research and bought the Adamo Race Saddle- came in yesterday- installed it and off I went. I love it! Not only does the saddle look great it feels great! There is no pressure on those important parts so you can really get after it.

I rode 21 miles and averaged 20.5 mph with several stops/ slow downs with intersections, etc. I did change my position a little so that could have something to do with it but I feel the comfort allowed me to keep a nice tempo without feeling discomfort. I usually average high 19's/ low 20's for training rides.

So if you are a man and having similiar issues- check them out! I bought mine off of AEbike for $130.

Well, I have one, and like it OK, but I can't agree that it looks great.  I hate the way it looks, but it works for me, so I use it.

I recently bought a Adamo as well, and love it, wish i had bought it 2000 miles ago!! No more numb junk! My sit bones are a bit sore, but I only notice for the first 10 mins of a ride.

I dont mind the looks, seems to suit my bike quite well.

I ride a Fi'zik and have two simple rules around saddles:

1.  HTFU ride more and toughen up the glutes.  You don't need gel when your azz is a rock.
2.  I've already had my two kids and got "snipped" so what do I care what it does "down there"?

Tongue out

LOL- It is not my azz I was worried about- it was my boys.

I know HTFU is the answer, but that is one thing I am unwilling to ignore!

NK...numb junk stopped being something I was willing to "HTFU" around when the rides started regularly getting up around IM distance and the numbness started "going long," too.  Bought an Adamo saddle recently and no more numbness and, frankly, more comfortable in aero position than my previous traditional road saddles.  It's not about the "gel"...it's about the geometry and structure.
