Dallas pools & runs

You can run in the Village (nice area - partially 'track') - Southwestern and Greenville

A few miles down on NW Highway is White Rock lake (9 mile loop) with 'support' - water fountains. lots of runners and bikers out at all times.


As for pools.....I'm at a loss on that in that area.

White Rock Lake is off NW Hwy. It's a 9 mile MUT around a small lake.

I believe there is a 24 Hour Fitness with a pool off Forest and 75. I know there is one off 75... not sure if it's Forest or not. But it's on the side of 75 you will be at.

Also, SMU has lap swim at their pool.

The pool is at Royal and 75, and is also salt water. Honestly, I'd go to SMU if I were you. The one at 24 hour is not the cleanest I've seen.
