Subject: Ceramic KnivesAnyone use these? I just found out about these a month ago and LOVE them! Leaves a non acid taste on food like a stainless does, cuts through things like butter, retains its edge for 20+ years without sharpening. A long time ago, they were about 300 dollars a knife, now they are in the 50 to 100 dollar range, but I found out that Harbor Freight Tools sells them for $10 for a 6", 15 for a 9" and $20 for a 12". |
