Subject: Which one?Hey Gang,
I'm prepping for the 106 mile Tour de Nantahala in late October. It climbs 12,000 vertical feet. I'll be logging lots of hours in the saddle in preparation and want to supplement with something other than Gatorade (has been bothering my stomach lately ) and Gels.
I've been sampling these, but haven't been able to decide which way to go yet:
Amino Vital Pro
Hammer Perpetuem (long rides ) and HEED (shorter rides )
