Subject: Moderate back strain, how fast to exercise Howdy,
Last week I had a slight lower back muscle strain on wednesday, it stayed about the same Thursday, the I really aggrevated it on friday.
I had a event I couldn't avoid saturday that made it even worse so I just couldn't do a tri I had planned on sunday .
Saturday afternoon it was near but not quite to spasm, since then I've rested it quite a bit, and I did some light back/torso exercise this morning.
It's slightly sore, but feels much better.
I know nobody knows better than me, but I was wondering if anyone else could give me some advice on training.
My current plan is to do swimming Tuesday, bike wednesday, then running Friday, each case very slowly, then re-evaluate. Edited by BigDave 2005-06-13 7:04 AM
