can you compare training times on same run/bike route?

Yes there is. On your Route Manager there's a button labeled Hx for each route. This displays your history for that particular route with number of training events, best time, best pace, average time, average pace, a list of all training events and a configurable graph. You can also select the data by date range if you want to view, for instance, one specific year.

I did not know about this feature. I can get the history for my run route but not my bike route. Is this only a paid feature?

Route History is a Performance Member feature.  The first route you create will have the history available. Should have been clear about that, sorry.

So is that available with just the Bronze?

Yes, all training log features are available with a Bronze membership, the only difference between Bronze and Silver is the training plan libraries.
