Subject: need help with plan adjustmentI'll try to make my long story short....
My 12 week Oly training program starts August 15 (I'm recovering from a fall this week ).
My Oly is November 5.
I have a Sprint scheduled for Sept 17.
In the Oly training program, I have a Sprint length 3 sport work out on Sept 10th, 1 week too early.
My question is, what is the best way to shift my workouts so that I get my Sprint in on the 17th without ruining my 3 build week 1 recovery week system? (yes, it is a store bought plan, but I was too cheap to pay for constant advice.... ) THANKS! |
