Subject: Can't fint garmin
I keep getting an error "HtmlTagNotFoundException: Plug-In HTML tag not found." when I try to upload my workouts.  I'm able to download from my garmin to my computer (ie training center) but the BT website doesn't recognize the device.

Windows 7 with Firefox 3.6.x (not sure the exact version).  Should I try upgrading my browser?

No, that's modern enough. Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
