First year for the Vernon Xterra to be held in Ellison Park on Okanagan Lake this Saturday. Rob needs athletes and volunteers to sign up now! Off-road triathlon and duathlon, long and short course, beautiful scenery! Check it out and if you sign up, let me know. Keep Sunday, Sept 11th in mind for the Kelowna Xterra this fall. Double track mtn bike course is manageable for most. Sport and Full distance duathlon and triathlon.
