Subject: Starting my internship tomorrow!
So tomorrow is the big day! i start my public relations internship at Special Olympics Connecticut. I'm SO excited about it and it seems like it'll be so much fun. They might even put me in my own corner office with a window... oooooooo. it seems like a pretty busy place b'c they've got the summer games starting in less than a month and i'm sure there will be plenty of press releases for me to write and posters to make and whatever else i've gotta do. but yeah. I just had to share my excitement (and little bit if nervousness)

Subject: first day as an intern
just a little update...
the first day went pretty well, but trying to remember everyones names can be a little frustrating at times.... It was a little slow and just did a little orientation kinda stuff and learned where everything was and helped with some general office work and sent out posters for the summer games to sponsors and other businessess. and then went out to hang some around town....

but here is the most exciting part of my day. there is a big empy corner office that they put me in... and i'm LOVIN IT. AND tomorrow i get to go to NBC 30 to help with the production of a PSA and i'm pumped! so maybe some of the CT BTers may even see some of my work on tv...
