Subject: Wet Suits
Hi fellow Montrealers,

Any of you know of a good place for some nicely priced wetsuits or are we confined with buying all our tri related gear at Boutique Courir, Endurance or Online.

Talk about a small # of options. It;s weird because there are a bunch or races around the province, should be more demand for specialty shops.

If any of you know of someone selling used wetsuits, let me know too.

I do not know if there is a Running Room in Montreal but they carry two wetsuits, the Orca EVO for $300 and the Orca Sonar for $400.   I am thinking of getting the EVO later on in the season.  For now, I am thinking of buying a bodyglove wetsuit for $35 at Costco, mainly for lake swims.

I'm searching myself, here in Quebec City there's a Running room but they have no wetsuitsFrown. I'll be asking at my tri club this weekend and I'll keep you posted.

Hi,

I have shopped around and it seems that Courrir and Endurance are the only places where you can get one. For Triathlon gear, those two seem to be the only choices.

I'm going to try to buy my wetsuit in Burlington Vermont. Should be cheaper and they should have more choices.

In Trois-Rivières there is the sportshop at the university (Plante sport at the UQTR) hum...wonder if it has to do with the fact that the CTNQ trains thereWink Anyway, they have got a few brans. I can drop there to go check and tell you wich brand they have if you want.

Pegasus running store in Laval ... close to the Colisee movie theate also has Zoot wetsuits. It a relatively new store with a great staff. (hopefully they can compete with B. Courire and Endourance)
