Subject: RE: New To Tri's and need some help!I agree with COgirl but, oddly enough, everybody tapers differently. Some races I taper a full week, some races a half week. I never rest two days back to back in a taper week, but I certainly might take two days of rest, just with very light workout days between them. You kind of have to play with it. I like to rest completely the day before any race, but others will tell you to run, bike or swim lightly the day before. The answer is insideof you. |
