How do you upload your training from a Garmin 800?

Have you done any uploading before?  If you are new to uploading, go to training log --> add todays training --> Upload, select 'Garmin' and then install the software noted, you should then be able to upload.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

I have uploaded a ton of training on here from my 910. That said BT does seem to find the 800. Is it because the 800 is plugged in via the USB?

I referred this to the programmers and should hear back soon.  I do have to say, before the switch, we had a few handfuls of 800 users that successfully uploaded.

If any others HAVE successfully done it let me know.

Try this first:

Verify you are using the latest Garmin Communicator Plugin (version 4.0.4.0) by going to http://software.garmin.com/en-US/gcp.html. You should see your device listed under "Devices Detected". Also make sure the latest USB drivers are installed by going to http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=592. 

Then try the upload again.  There is a few other things we can do if that still doesn't work.
