Is there a way to delete old devices and previously updated data out of the upload section to increase speed and performance?

I do know that if you delete workouts from your device periodically it will make it a lot faster.  Give that a try.

That doesn't help. I've noticed the more data listed under the 'listed activities' the longer it takes for the site to load the data.

No. Not even sure what that is. In case I'm not being clear, I just want to delete the list of activities off of the BT site. It seems to make my list of activities load slower.

This is an issue with the Garmin Plugin that we have limited control over.  ANT Agent stores the workouts on the users computer and that is where the plugin gets the list of workouts.  If the user has a lot of workouts and doesn't periodically clear out the local storage the slower and slower the Garmin Plugin gets since it has to read more and more files.  To speed things up the user can delete older files off the local computer stored in one of the locations listed in the Garmin article below:
