OK, are we all really this busy? Two posts for all of last week??? Have we just lost teh momentum? Yes, I'm guilty as charged, but have contnued to forge ahead in my back exercises and core exercises. I feel better every day and cross fit is never far from my mind. Of course thought and action are miles apart! Let's get motivated these last two weeks of the cross fit challenge!!!

yeap, i'm guilty too....... i wasn't even paying attention to the length of the challenge.. i "assumed" after the end of July it would be over after 4 weeks.... my BAD. I'm still doing the WODs x2 to x4 / week, just haven't been logging them here. So, today i did the:

shoulders 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 / 135lbs after warmup of 3 rounds of pullups x20, pushups x40, and situps x20.  finished up with my LSD run 5.1m / 43:16.   after all that, treating the family toFilet Mignons and bloomin' onions at Outback Steakhouse tonight  (that's a big deal here in Hawaii)...... ALOHA, Mates !!
