Subject: Why isn't my climbing (ft) registering?

Hi there.

I noticed recently when I created a new running route that my climbing isn't registering and it's staying at 0.

This was when I was in California, where I was running hills, so I know it's not 0.

I also just created another route, here in Chicago where I live, where yes, it is flat, but it shouldn't be 0.

Is there something wrong with my settings?

Please help!

We're checking this out.  For some reason the service where we get elevation data is down.

We had to integrate googles latest map API, we just sent it to our dev server a few days ago which I will be testing this week...  

Essentially when google updated their API, it broke some of our stuff.

Very sorry, we hope to have the new version live soon.

We just went online with the updated mapper last night.  You will most likely have to clear your browser cache/temporary internet files to pick up all changes.

Let me know how it works.  If any problems, please let me know your browser and version.
