For those folks you need to submit something or do something for your application - do as much of it for them as you can. Write a letter for them to sign (or edit and sign ), fill out the forms, tote the paperwork from place to place, put stamps on the envelopes or take them to the postoffice/fedex, send the emails for them, stalk them, in a very friendly, helpful way of course!, whatever. Do as much in person as you can, or at least on the phone. Emails are too easy to ignore. It will make them look good, too, if you get accepted, so by helping them help you you all win!
Use your training to deal with the stress...it works wonders, and sometimes eliminates brainblocks!
And as for school starting, the beginning is when the least is expected of you, so roll with it, time to dig in later on! There are a lot of things to do, but that's just stuff, one step at a time it will get done.
Remember a few of my perfectionist-battling mottos "They have stores there" and "It's good enough for who it's for".
And then give it all up to FAITH that the Universe will provide you with just what is perfect for you and SHINE ON!!!! :- )
