Regular  90  Las Cruces, New Mexico |  Subject: 2016 Cannondale SliceWhile looking for a used Tri bike in the $1K range I came across the leftovers 2016 Slice 105 at the trek superstore and if I end buying it from them I could be getting a fit there it as well. It seems like they dropped the price a lot ($1,500) , Is there anything wrong with the bike? I heard that the bike have not been selling. Do any of you own a Slice? How was your experience with the Trek fitting system? Thanks for your time. |

Member 326 | Subject: RE: 2016 Cannondale Slice I have a 2014 Slice Black Inc. Full SRAM Red components and ZIPP 808 Firecrest wheels. I think the list price was 12K. I got it for under 3k. It was sitting around for a couple of years and it was a 52 so I snapped it up. All I did was swap the Fizik saddle for my Adamo. With the spacers and the seatpost that came with it, it allows for a large range of fit options. People say it isn't the greatest frame aero-wise but I love mine. Really comfortable. |

Yes, they built a bike that they billed as an all-around bike but people didn't buy in. I read multiple good reviews that convinced me. It's lighter than most bikes in it's class and the seat stays make it more comfortable. I've got over 4K miles on mine and am loving it so far. I believe Andy Potts rode it as well... of course, he was being paid... |

I don't have anything good or bad to say about it, but it will do what you need it to do. Hey, I found a good deal for my P2 on eBay. If you are patient, there are always good deals out there. Use bicyclebluebook for price guidance. |
