Subject: RE: 01.10.2020 Friday Flip Turns?To keep water out of the nose on flip turns (or backstroke starts... ) you just need to slowly exhale through your nose while you are flipping. If you exhale too fast, you will run out of air before you are done and water will get up your nose, you'll panic, and since you are out of air, you will die. Well, it probably won't be that bad.
Back to topic, I didn't swim at all on Flip Turn Friday though that was my intention. It was nearly 50 degrees and the rain was holding out, so I got on the bike and put in a bit more than 15 miles before it looked like I was pushing my luck with the rain.
