Subject: RE: Performance bike order trackingNeither have I ever had a problem with Performance, but I have heard of people having problems particularly stemming from backordered/out-of-stock items. Seems like the web site will take your orders for these items and will not let you know that they are not in stock. You may want to call customer service and talk to a live person.
All of my orders have shipped the same day or the next day after (depending on what time I place them ) and as a TP member I get two-day delivery.
Hope you used the 20%-off coupon as well. |
