The model was pretty before they gussied her up. The most severe manipulation was done with the computer.

I agree with TBZ that the computer manipulation was the problem.  Before that, she was a woman with makeup on - the billboard purports to sell makeup, so I have no problem there.  But then digitally distorting the image so severely before turning her into the billboard - THAT was freaky!

Don't generalize.  There are plenty of us who walk around all day with the face we got!

And, I grew up in the 70's and 80's so I can tell you there are a LOT MORE women who wear WAY LESS make up than there were back then.  And some of them could use a little.

Make up?  I haven't worn makeup (except for special events) in years.  Not for any political reasons.  I'm just lazy.
