Subject: Silly question
When logging strength training if you'd used dumbells would you put the combined weight used or the weight of just one of the dumbells?

Thanks

Yes, I have recently thought about this too as I just started with some dumbell routines. COMBINED is the way to go as when you want to use the graphs for 'muscle group' or 'total body' you want to make sure all the weight is accounted for like it is on barbells.

Thanks guys - of course seeing that I only have 2kg dumbells at home I'll still look like an utter pansy logging 4kg.

No you won't. You're doing strength training. That makes you hoss chick no matter how much weight it is.
