Thanks! 1st time I see this...man, I don't know really what to think...that's cool tha he can do things like that, I mean the skill he has and the balls to do it...BUT, seems kind of irresponsable IMHO to endanger the public and the Tour riders...more like an attention ****...hey! I'm glad he did his thing and nobody got hurt...

Maybe I'm becoming a stick in the mud, but I think he needlessly endangered bystanders. Sure, he's confident he's going to make it but it looks like he could have very easily dislodged rocks onto people below whose attention is on the Tour riders. I'm assuming that falls under some type of public endangerment law and if he was arrested for it it would be ok with me.
