Subject: Hi
Hi. I just signed up and thought I'd give a little info about myself. I was reading about triathlon stuff online, and I'm really out of shape, so I'm hoping I can use it as a future goal to help motivate me. I've started the couch to 5k plan on beginnertriathlete.com , and I signed up on here hoping the training log will help me.
