Subject: Cap's Westwood Tri Night tonight

Uh, it's a bit late notice...but thought I'd throw it out there for those in the 'hood.

Cap's Cycle on Westwood is doing a tri night tonight from 6:30 - 9:30...some speakers and deals apparently...I'll be swinging by...thought I'd let you all know.

Didn't really have to call to register, I don't think - it was sort of a "just come by and buy our stuff" event. It was pretty mellow anyhow...there were probably only about 5 - 10 people that came by during the entire time that I was there.

I got a few of my bike questions answered about getting aerobars on a road bike, I tried on a Blue Seventy wetsuit (seemed pretty good...but retail is $479 and by going to the event, I'd get 20% off, so it was still about $390 for the Energie - their mid model suit). I got some info about some relatively nice Craft tri clothing and got a sweet deal on a Specialized Decibel helmet. Wasn't bad, but you didn't miss much by not going.
