Subject: June Beginner Runners Ipod Challenge

I never received a challange invitation for the June Challenge.  If anyone is interested, please let me know and I will start it.  We will only go through the end of June on this one and then begin again in July.  Do you all want to do the fastest 5K and 10K as well?

It works with the Nike+ system for the Ipod Nano.  Basically, if you have this system, it keeps all your runs stored on the nike website.  We have been setting up these challenges to encourage more running.  I have set up 3 challenges - the most miles, the fastest 5K and the fastest 10K.  It is just a way to keep us all accountable and kind of fun to keep these challenges going.
